What Gets Deleted?

Your account profile and personal information (name, email, phone number)
All your generated prayers (customized and daily prayers)
Your prayer history and reading statistics
Your earned badges and achievements
All user metrics and progress data

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the Christ Daily App

Open the Christ Daily mobile app
Go to Settings → Account
Tap on "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision
Your account will be deleted immediately

Option 2: Email Support

If you cannot access the app or need assistance, you can request deletion via email:

Important: You must send the email from your registered email address. Requests from other email addresses will be denied for security reasons. If you don't have access to your registered email, please include your registered phone number in the request.

Include in your email:

Your registered email address
Your registered phone number
Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently erased from our servers.

Data Retention

After your account is deleted:

All personal data is permanently removed from our active systems
Some data may be retained in logs for up to 30 days for disaster recovery purposes
Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics (contains no personal identifiers)
Legal compliance data may be retained as required by law
